Job Summary
Provide housekeeping services for residents to ensure each area is comfortable, clean, and cozy. Maintain tidiness in the lobby, employee break room, and all resident spaces, ensuring everything is in its place. Work the 8am to 4:30pm shift, Tuesday through Saturday, at Pinnacle Groves in Rogers, AR. This role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 25 pounds while pushing a wheeled cart. Required Qualifications
- At least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart
- Good health and physical and mental capability to perform assigned tasks
- Health screening verified by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment
- Test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening
- Criminal clearance
