Job Summary
The Housekeeper performs cleaning and servicing tasks to maintain the facility in an orderly, sanitary, and attractive condition under the supervision of the housekeeping supervisor. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, floor care, dusting furniture, cleaning sinks and stainless steel surfaces, disposing of waste including medical waste, restocking paper supplies, window/wall cleaning, and following OSHA standards for handling infectious waste. The role supports a positive environment for residents and requires adherence to facility procedures and safety standards.
