Job Summary
Cleans resident apartments and public areas according to schedule and established procedures; performs all laundry duties in commercial facilities; requires a high school diploma or 1-3 years related experience; can follow written/oral instructions; communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff; operates cleaning equipment and handles cleaning chemicals; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; shift is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; includes a $500 sign-on bonus; opportunities for advancement in a senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Ability to operate machines buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and all commercial laundry equipment.
