Job Summary
Stock guest room supplies, replace linens, and thoroughly clean assigned rooms daily while removing trash and dirty linens. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, repainting walls, and disassembling furniture as needed. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner and maintain high personal grooming standards per brand requirements. Complete pre-cleaning duties including cart setup and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations. Work flexible shifts varying by hotel needs with a $600 bonus after six months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
