Job Summary
Clean and restock guest rooms, hallways, and public areas daily while replacing bed linens and replenishing supplies per hotel standards. Perform deep cleaning tasks including furniture disassembly, AC filter changes, and wall touch-ups as assigned. Remove trash and dirty linens, then approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintain high grooming standards and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and operational regulations. Work full-time weekends with varying schedules to support hotel needs.
Required Qualifications
- Weekends Required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or a related field
- strong attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
