Job Summary
Stock housekeeping carts with supplies and replace linens in guest rooms daily, following hotel procedures and safety standards. Perform deep cleaning tasks including changing AC filters, cleaning coils, and repairing minor furniture damage. Remove trash and dirty linens, then thoroughly clean and restock the required number of rooms per shift. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high personal grooming standards. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- WEEKENDS REQUIRED
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
