Job Summary
Restock housekeeping carts with room supplies and replace bed linens while cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and public areas daily. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing air conditioning filters, cleaning coils, and touching up paint or furniture as assigned. Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms, ensuring all pre-cleaning duties are completed before restocking. Maintain high personal grooming standards and approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly service-oriented manner. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and security procedures at all times. Schedule varies according to hotel needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
