Job Summary
Stock guest room carts, replace linens, and replenish supplies while maintaining clean hallways, public areas, and guest rooms daily. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, and touching up paint or furniture as assigned. Remove trash and dirty linens, ensuring all pre-cleaning duties are completed per shift. Approach guests and employees with a friendly, service-oriented manner while maintaining high personal grooming standards. Work flexible shifts according to hotel needs and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality safety and brand regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
