Job Summary
Stock guest room supplies, replace linens, and remove trash and dirty linens from assigned rooms daily while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality safety and brand standards. Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning coils, touching up paint, and rehang slide doors as needed. Approach all guest and employee interactions with a friendly, service-oriented manner and maintain high personal grooming standards. Complete pre-cleaning duties including cart setup and thorough room restocking per shift requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- experience in a hotel or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
