Job Summary
Clean resident units, bathrooms, lounges, offices, hallways, dining areas, and other assigned community spaces. Mop floors, vacuum carpeted areas, empty trash containers, dust furniture, and perform seasonal or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned. Wash windows, sanitize public bathrooms and common touchpoints, maintain equipment and storage areas, and transport linens and supplies. Follow written cleaning schedules, infection control procedures, and safety protocols while providing courteous service to residents, visitors, and team members. Work a typical Monday through Friday shift from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. at a Four Seasons Senior Living community, where staff lead with compassion and support residents through seamless care transitions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn and follow housekeeping procedures and cleaning schedules.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, visitors, and team members.
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior professional housekeeping or environmental services experience.
- Experience working in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or service-focused environments.
