Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols, administering prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring vital signs and reporting health changes. Assist with daily living activities to ensure comfort and dignity, maintain accurate medical records, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Educate residents and families on health management strategies and participate in ongoing professional development. Valid LPN or RN license in North Carolina required with BLS certification; experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred. Available Tuesday through Thursday evenings and Friday through Saturday mornings.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in North Carolina
- RN license
- Strong background in patient care and nursing practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate approach to patient care
