Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols, administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health, report changes to the healthcare team, and assist with daily living activities to ensure comfort and dignity. Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Educate residents and families on health management and wellness strategies while participating in ongoing training. Valid LPN or RN license in North Carolina with BLS certification required; experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred. Available shifts include Tuesday through Thursday evenings and mornings, plus Friday through Sunday rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in North Carolina
- RN license if applicable
- Strong background in patient care and nursing practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Focus on enhancing resident quality of life
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00pm-7:00am shifts
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, every other Thursday - 7:00am-7:00pm shifts
