Household Manager (with Meal Prep Support)

Dynamic Household Manager role for a busy Medina family. Responsible for creating and maintaining functional organization systems across the home, leading large-scale organization projects (e.g., closets, laundry, storage), light daily tidying, coordinating household cleaners, and managing seasonal decor and donations. Provides meal support by washing and prepping produce, preparing simple healthy snacks, and enabling 2-3 component-style dinners per week; manages grocery/shopping transitions, restocks pantry and supplies, and oversees laundry and linens. Serves as vendor/contractor point of contact for on-site work, coordinates quotes and repairs, and assists with gardening/landscaping as needed. Supports family life by transporting supplies between home and dance studio, occasional backup childcare, and preparing the home for guests/events. Requires dependable, proactive, independent work style, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Background check required; NDA, vaccinations up to date, and optional CPR/First Aid certification preferred. This is a part-time role (Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM) with a compensation range of $35-$40 per hour.
