- Schedule and track routine maintenance, repairs, and seasonal upkeep
- Ensure household needs are followed through to completion
- Occasional refrigerator cleaning
- Light refresh of entry, mudroom, or garage as needed
- Organizational projects including closets, pantry, and storage areas
- Maintain awareness of household schedules and coordinate appointments and events
- Track receipts and expenses incurred in the course of the role
- Schedule car service for family members as needed
- Travel planning and logistics support (nice to have, not a priority)
