Job Summary
Prepare make-ahead meals, snacks, and school lunches while managing grocery lists and kitchen maintenance. Provide attentive childcare for two young boys, including school pickups, activity transportation, and evening coverage for date nights. Maintain household organization systems by executing daily resets, managing laundry, restocking supplies, and coordinating seasonal decor swaps. Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, expense tracking, and family event planning. Fuel and maintain the family vehicle. Submit a short intro letter, updated resume, and three professional references. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional Household Manager experience in a private home (or equivalent transferable experience in a related role)
- Prior childcare experience, with an understanding of age-appropriate activities, routines and safety practices
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Fully vaccinated in accordance with current American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendations for caregivers of young children, including MMR, Tdap and annual Influenza vaccination
- Maintain a smoke-free environment
