Job Summary
Manage the full afternoon routine for three children upon their return from school, including activity pickups, snack preparation, and backpack organization. Create and maintain household systems for organization, perform daily resets, and lead holiday or event preparation. Prepare healthy snacks and 2-3 ready-to-heat meals weekly while grocery shopping and restocking pantry supplies. Handle laundry, coordinate with vendors, and manage vehicle upkeep and maintenance. Track school calendars and extracurricular schedules to ensure seamless coverage. Work Monday through Friday, 12:30-5:30 PM, with flexibility for childcare coverage, earning $30-$35/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a house manager, family assistant, or similar household role
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Maintain a smoke-free environment
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with cats and dogs
- Up-to-date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (including COVID-19 and flu)
