Required Qualifications

• •Must be comfortable with school pickup and transporting children to and from activities

• •Must be available for Monday–Thursday schedule
• •Must be available for 1:00 PM–7:00 PM schedule
• •Must be able to handle school pickup and transporting children to and from activities
• •Must be able to provide afternoon structure and light supervision
• •Must be able to oversee homework
• •Must be able to remind children of music practice
• •Must be able to hold chore accountability
• •Must be able to check in on lunch preference
• •Must be able to ensure water bottles, backpacks, and activity gear are accounted for
• •Must be able to guide kids through packing and unpacking for family travel
• •Must be able to provide light backup childcare support
• •Must be able to wash, fold, organize, and put away all household laundry
• •Must be able to partner with older kids on sorting and putting away their own clothing
• •Must be able to iron or steam school uniforms as needed
• •Must be able to rotate linens and change sheets
• •Must be able to develop and maintain a pre-sorted laundry system
• •Must be able to create and maintain household organizational systems throughout the home
• •Must be able to perform daily resets including dishes, surfaces, and light tidying
• •Must be able to manage ongoing special projects including pantry organization and seasonal clothing swaps
• •Must be able to prepare for guest and event prep approximately twice per month
• •Must be able to assist with routine home maintenance tasks including adding water to the pool
• •Must be able to run Thursday grocery runs
• •Must be able to manage pantry and fridge restocking throughout the week
• •Must be able to manage Amazon Subscribe & Save, Costco, Target, and other orders
• •Must be able to maintain a running household supply list and manage garage back-stock
• •Must be able to handle Amazon and other returns, dry cleaning pickup and drop-off, donation runs, mail and package handling, and breaking down boxes
• •Must be able to shop for gifts for birthdays, major holidays, baby showers, and family events
• •Must be able to coordinate with weekly cleaning team
• •Must be able to facilitate transition to new landscaping company and manage ongoing coordination and payments
• •Must be able to oversee quality checks on home projects
• •Must be able to coordinate with pool service provider as needed
• •Must be able to research and coordinate vendors, repairs, and quotes
• •Must be able to maintain awareness of shared Google Calendar for pickup, activity, and appointment coordination
• •Must be able to partner with family on travel research
• •Must be able to cook pescatarian and vegetarian meals (certain fish only, no shellfish)
• •Must be able to chop vegetables, drain and rinse canned goods, and marinate proteins
• •Must be able to keep fridge stocked with healthy grab-and-go snacks
• •Must be able to coordinate school lunches as needed
• •Must be able to perform kitchen clean-up and dish management
• •Must be able to perform occasional deep cleans including full fridge clean-out, old food purge, oven, and baseboards
• •Must be able to refresh and maintain entryway, mudroom, and garage drop zones
• •Must be able to refill water softener salt, dust ceiling fans, and clean screened porch
• •Must be able to clean makeup brushes on a set rotation
• •Must be able to perform closet refreshes and gear organization
• •Must be able to perform background check requirements
