Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operation of a private residence, maintaining overall organization and presentation while ensuring the home remains neat, orderly, and guest-ready. Manage household inventory through grocery shopping, run errands including pharmacy visits and post office stops, and coordinate deliveries and vendor appointments. Prepare simple, healthy daily meals and light refreshments, assist with unpacking and seasonal projects, and care for fine furnishings with discretion. Drive the principal safely to local appointments and social engagements, monitoring supplies and restocking before items run low. Anticipate needs proactively while respecting privacy and independence. Requires full-time, five-day schedule from 11AM to 7:30PM with flexibility for occasional changes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Household Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or similar role within a private residence
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
- Physically capable of performing light household tasks
- Flexible schedule with a positive, can-do attitude
