Job Summary
Coordinate weekly meal planning around a Friday CSA pickup, batch-cook two heat-ready meals, and maintain strict celiac-safe protocols with dedicated cookware. Manage full laundry rotation, linen upkeep, and daily household resets including vacuuming, trash removal, and toy pickup. Handle inventory restocking for pantry and fridge, oversee Amazon and Walmart Plus orders, and manage miscellaneous errands like dry cleaning and gift shopping. Support family logistics by assisting with school pickups, preparing activity gear for gymnastics and Girl Scouts, and coordinating travel bookings. Perform occasional deep cleans in the garage, mudroom, and kitchen, and handle seasonal outdoor maintenance such as shoveling walkways. Schedule vehicle maintenance and track fuel and insurance reminders. This part-time role offers flexible daytime shifts between 8:30am and 5:30pm with a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours at $30-$35 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Able to maintain a smoke-free environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable personal transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Up to date on vaccinations, including Tdap and MMR
- Annual flu vaccination
- Experience navigating celiac disease or food allergies
- Comfortable working in a home with pets (two rescue dogs, one cat, and one fish)
