Household Caregiver & Medication Aide

Support residents in maintaining a clean, safe household environment while managing personal laundry, grooming, hygiene, and nutritional needs. Accurately prepare, administer, and document all medications and treatments, observing closely for changes in condition or reactions. Respond to resident requests and call bells, assisting with activities of daily living and independent tasks. Plan and organize social activities, lead learning circles, and accompany residents to outside appointments. Maintain documentation for services and recommend changes to the support plan. Perform basic care procedures including vital signs monitoring, specimen collections, and catheter care.
