Required Qualifications
- Active ANCC or AANP certification for NP (Family, Adult, Geriartric, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care)
- Current NCCPA certification for PA and state licensure
- Active, unrestricted licensure in practicing state without disciplinary actions
- 1+ years of clinical experience (family, geriatric, or home health preferred)
- Active and unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits
