Job Summary
House Supervisor overseeing evening/night and weekend shifts, supervising RN, LPN/LVN, and Mental Health Technicians; assists with covering nursing vacancies across shifts and house-wide, conducts staff interviews and provides training; participates in governance meetings, performance appraisals, and safety/quality initiatives; ensures bed management cooperation, incident reporting communication to CNO, and on-call incident escalation; responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment with strong leadership, teamwork, and administrative collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- CPR and hospital-selected de-escalation technique certification
