Job Summary
Oversee medical center operations on shift of responsibility to ensure quality patient care aligns with Swedish Medical Center's mission and values. Manage daily leadership duties at Swedish Ballard, supporting a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding and mutual respect. Maintain a per-diem day shift schedule with on-site location at 5300 Tallman Ave NW in Seattle, WA. This role requires a Washington Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, and at least one year of charge nurse or leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
