House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, department managers, and administration are not present. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations, develop staff through role modeling professional practice and effective management skills, and provide input into unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. This per diem, variable shift position requires an Oregon-licensed RN with one year of charge nurse or leadership experience.
