Job Summary
Manage hospital operations during shifts when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Lead daily unit activities, develop staff through role modeling, and provide input to achieve unit goals. Demonstrate general nursing skills and application of the nursing process while overseeing general operations. Requires Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and one year of charge nurse or leadership experience. Schedule is per-diem with variable shifts and on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
