Job Summary
Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and demonstrate wide-ranging nursing and unit-specific skills. Input into and help achieve unit goals while applying the nursing process. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, one year of charge nurse or leadership experience, and an accredited nursing program graduation. Per Diem/On-Call variable shift at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
