House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the hospital's general operations during hours when nursing unit managers, other department managers, and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations by role modeling professional practice and effective management skills. Lead and develop staff while providing input into unit goals to help achieve them. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. This per diem, variable shift position requires an Oregon-licensed RN with one year of charge nurse or leadership experience.
