House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent, overseeing general operations and daily unit activities. Lead and develop staff by role modeling professional practice and effective management skills while providing input to achieve unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, and one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience. This per diem, variable shift role is part of Providence's family of organizations serving over 50 hospitals across the Pacific Northwest.
