Job Summary
Manage the hospital's general operations during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and input into unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including application of the nursing process. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, and one year of charge nurse or leadership experience. Per diem, variable shift schedule with on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
