Job Summary
Manage hospital operations during shifts when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and contribute input to achieve unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. Requires Oregon Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, and one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience. Per-Diem, variable shift schedule with on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
