Job Summary
Manage hospital operations during shifts when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and contribute to unit goal achievement. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, and one year of charge nurse or leadership experience. Schedule is per diem with variable shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
