Job Summary
Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, department managers, and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations, develop staff through role modeling professional practice, and help achieve unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. This per diem, on-call, variable shift position offers a base pay range of $56.25 - $88.81 with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby, overtime, and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
