House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage hospital operations during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and demonstrate general nursing skills including application of the nursing process. Input into and help achieve unit goals while ensuring the general operation of the facility runs smoothly. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience, and National Provider BLS certification. Per diem on-call variable shifts with a base pay range of $56.25 to $88.81.
