Job Summary
Manage the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily operations of the nursing units by role modeling professional practice and effective management skills. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills while helping achieve unit goals. This per-diem, variable shift position requires an Oregon-licensed RN with one year of charge nurse or leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
