Job Summary
Manage hospital operations during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and help achieve unit goals. Apply the nursing process and demonstrate wide-ranging general and unit-specific nursing skills. Maintain Oregon Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification. Requires one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience. Schedule is per diem with variable shifts and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
