Job Summary
Manage hospital operations during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations by role modeling professional practice and developing staff through effective management skills. Apply a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills to achieve unit goals. Requires a registered nurse license in Oregon, one year of charge nurse or leadership experience, and BLS certification. This per diem, variable shift position is located at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
