Job Summary
Manage hospital operations during shifts when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Lead daily unit activities, develop staff through role modeling, and provide input to achieve unit goals. Demonstrate broad nursing skills and apply the nursing process to ensure safe patient care. Requires Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and one year of charge nurse or leadership experience. Schedule is per diem with variable shifts and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications

- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
