Job Summary
Manage the hospital's general operations during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily unit operations, lead and develop staff through role modeling, and provide input to achieve unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills while applying the nursing process. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, and one year of charge nurse or leadership experience. This per diem, variable shift position offers base pay between $56.25 and $88.81 with additional compensation available for shift differentials and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
