House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, other department managers, and administration are not present. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations and develop staff by role modeling professional practice and effective management skills. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including application of the nursing process, while providing input into and helping achieve unit goals. This per diem on-call variable position supports Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital's culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.
