House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and help achieve unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including application of the nursing process. This per diem, variable shift position requires an Oregon-licensed RN with at least one year of charge nurse or leadership experience. The role is based on-site at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR, within a comprehensive healthcare organization serving the Pacific Northwest.
