Job Summary
Manage hospital operations during periods when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and demonstrate wide-ranging nursing skills including application of the nursing process. Input into unit goals and ensure general operational continuity. Requires Oregon Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, one year charge nurse experience, and a per diem variable shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
