House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations by role modeling professional practice and developing staff through effective management skills. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including application of the nursing process, while providing input into and helping achieve unit goals. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience, and BLS certification. This per diem, variable shift position is based on-site at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR.
