Job Summary
Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, other department managers, and administration are not present. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and input into unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, and one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
