Job Summary
Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are not present. Provide leadership for daily unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and demonstrate a wide range of nursing and unit-specific skills. Input into and help achieve unit goals while applying the nursing process to ensure patient-focused, whole-person care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
