House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, department managers, and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations, develop staff through role modeling, and contribute to achieving unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. This per-diem, variable shift position requires an Oregon-licensed registered nurse with one year of charge nurse or leadership experience. The role is based on-site at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, Oregon.
