Job Summary
Manage hospital operations during shifts when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Provide leadership for daily unit activities, develop staff through role modeling, and contribute to achieving unit goals. Demonstrate wide-ranging nursing skills and application of the nursing process while overseeing general operations. Requires Oregon RN license, BLS certification, and one year of charge nurse or leadership experience. Per diem on-call variable schedule at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience
