Job Summary
Manage the hospital's general operations during shifts when nursing unit managers and administration are absent. Lead and develop staff by role modeling professional practice, providing input into unit goals, and demonstrating a wide range of nursing and unit-specific skills. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience, and BLS certification. Schedule is Per-Diem with variable shifts and on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
