House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, other department managers, and administration are not present. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations by demonstrating a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including the application of the nursing process. Lead and develop staff through role modeling professional practice and effective management skills while providing input into and helping achieve unit goals. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience, and National Provider BLS certification. This per diem, variable shift position is based on-site at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, OR.
