House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers and administration are not present. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations by role modeling professional practice and developing staff through effective management skills. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills while providing input to help achieve unit goals. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, one year of charge nurse or leadership experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. This per diem, variable shift role supports Providence's mission of patient-focused, whole-person care across Oregon.
