House Supervisor RN - Per Diem On-Call Variable

Manage the general operation of the hospital during hours when nursing unit managers, other department managers, and administration are not in house. Provide leadership for daily nursing unit operations, develop staff through role modeling professional practice and effective management skills, and provide input into unit goals. Demonstrate a wide range of general nursing and unit-specific skills, including application of the nursing process. Requires an Oregon Registered Nurse License, National Provider BLS certification, one year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Per Diem/On-Call variable schedule with a wage range of $56.25 - $88.81.
